PM1 Pressure Monitor

The PM1 Pressure Monitor is a device used for controlling brite tank head pressure to increase filling performance during packaging. It can also be used for carbonating and kegging.

The pressure monitor uses a hygienic tri-clamp pressure sensor that can be attached to the product inlet, or the base of the tank.

A CO2 line is attached to the 3/8″ fitting on the bottom of the box, which takes the CO2 through a solenoid valve. The solenoid opens and closes to allow CO2 through the hose out the top of the box to the headspace in the brite tank.

This allows a consistent flow rate of product from the tank to the filler and stops fluctuations in tank pressure that bottle regulators can’t maintain.
