Innovus Engineering Ltd has recently installed a new Innovus 10M Seamer at a high care facility which is filling anti-ageing pills.
The 10M Seamer was set up on 73mm diameter paperboard cans with a plastic cap. There were three different can heights being seamed, meaning the 10M was the perfect option, as it takes just 2-3 minutes for a can height changeover. Rough setting is done by sliding the lifter shaft up/down through a split bush which is then tightened to set the rough position. Fine adjustment is then made using the fine threaded bush to set the exact pin height.
The new 10M Seamer was well received and commended for its ease of use and versatile can height flexibility.
